Centouno opened December 2013 in the heart of Jack London Square. Owner and proprietor Fabio Dalle Vacche hails from Parma, Italy, (also home to composer Giuseppe Verdi) in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. Also known as "food valley" famous for its prosciutto, cheese, architecture and surrounding countryside. Our menu is an homage to Fabio's mother Luigina Delfino and her 40 years of cooking. Using only the best ingredients, her recipes are unassuming, delicious and served the way she does in her own kitchen. Not distracted by unneeded garnish, the food is rustic, cooked with love and speaks for itself. Simple quality is our philosophy, and we are built upon the idea that “the ingredients should do the talking.” Signature dishes include torta frita con salumi (fried dough with cured meats), tigelle (an italian classic), pasta al ragu to bistecca al balsamico (grilled New York steak with balsamic glaze over arugula). All of this is brought to you in a laid back environment that still exemplifies the highs of quality. On top of all of that we pride ourselves on our fine wines & craft brews. Fabio has a great respect for the quality of the food, for organic ingredients and for the dining experience of every customer.

The attention to detail and love that goes into the preparation of each meal also applies to the Centouno's interior - most furniture elements are handmade, from the wooden tables, wheel-wagon light fixtures to the taverna door to the private dining area. This level of quality, craftsmanship and flavor makes Centouno a unique and delightful place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Centouno can accommodate any occasion, including bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners, bereavement dinners, business meetings or intimate family gatherings.

ACCOMODATIONS

We have 2 dining areas including a 22-seat private dining room. Or reserve the entire restaurant. Centouno offers the perfect menu options and setting.
